Getting Started

How do I register/subscribe?
You only need to complete the registration form. This form requests general information. In addition, you will need to input your email address and create a unique password, which we suggest you record for future reference. Upon submission of the form, you will be presented with a confirmation page. Should any of the required information be missing upon submission, the form will load again, indicating the missing field(s) with * beside it.

Account activation
Once the registration form is completed, you will receive an email to your designated email account requesting you to active your account. To do so, you will need to click the "active account" link to active your account.

How to login?
You will need to press the login button on the esurvey website and input your email address and password and click the "login" button.

How to logout?
You can logout of the esurvey website by clicking the "logout" button located at the top of the website.

Surveys

How to participate
When surveys are available under the "surveys" section, you can click the survey link to participate. The system will notify you if there are any unanswered or answered available.

How to change survey answers
If you have completed any active survey in the system that has not expired, you can amend your answers by clicking the relevant survey hyperlink.

Account Maintenance

Forgot your password
If you have forgotten your password, please go to the login page. Input your email address in the "email" field and click the "Forgotten your password" check box and click "login". We will then send you an email with a password reset hyperlink whereby you can change your password. We recommend that you change your password as soon as possible.

開始登記

怎樣登記

怎樣登入？
您只需在客戶調查的網頁內，按登入的按鈕，並輸入您所登記的電郵地址及您所自定的私人密碼。

怎樣登出？
您需要在網頁上方按登出，即可登出此調查網頁。

客戶調查

怎樣參與客戶調查？
當有需要做客戶調查時，您只需按"客戶調查"的連結。若果有任何客戶調查尚未完成或已回答，系統將會在網頁中顯示。

怎樣更改客戶調查的意見？
您可以在期限還未過時，再按有關的客戶調查連結，更改您所提供的意見。

戶口管理

忘記密碼
若您忘記了您的密碼，請到登入的版面。在電郵地址一欄，輸入您的電郵地址並在「忘記密碼」的空格上按「」，然後按「登入」。我們將會電郵一個「重置密碼」的連結給您。您只需按這個連結後，就可以更改您的密碼。我們建議您盡快更改您的密碼。
